Welcome to my on-line massage therapy and spa therapy sanctuary. I am located in Lexington Kentucky on Richmond Rd. inside Focused Energy Training Center. I am a licensed professional looking forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals. Each of our bodies are different and requires different needs everyday. Discussing a treatment plan prior to your session ensures you receive a customized massage designed to your individual needs.
